Shipping Policy

Forge3D ships 3D printed products across Bharat using trusted courier partners. All orders are processed from our facility in Bharat and dispatched on business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

Order processing time

  • Standard processing time is 2–4 business days for ready designs after successful payment confirmation.
  • For customised or made to order 3D prints, processing can take 5–10 business days depending on design complexity and order volume.
  • If there is an unexpected delay (machine issues, design changes, bulk orders), communication is sent via email/WhatsApp using the contact details provided at checkout.

Delivery timelines

  • Once dispatched, typical delivery time within Bharat is 3–7 business days, depending on pincode and courier network coverage.
  • Metro and major city locations are usually delivered faster than remote or out of service areas, where additional transit time may apply.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and can be affected by factors beyond control such as courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, or local restrictions.

Shipping charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout before you complete the payment.
  • Forge3D may run limited time offers such as free shipping above a certain cart value or on selected products; such offers will be clearly mentioned on the website or product pages.
  • Any additional charges such as remote area surcharges introduced by the courier partner may be communicated to the customer prior to dispatch

Order tracking

  • Once the order is shipped, a tracking ID and courier name are shared via email/SMS/WhatsApp, allowing you to track the shipment on the courier’s website.
  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch, depending on the courier system.

Address accuracy and delivery issue

  • Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details, including full address, landmark, and active contact number.
  • If a shipment is returned due to incorrect address, repeated delivery attempts, or non availability of the customer, re shipping charges may apply.
  • If you notice an error in the address after placing the order, contact Forge3D support immediately; changes may not be possible once the order is handed over to the courier.

Damaged, lost or delayed shipments

  • If a package appears tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, the customer is advised to refuse delivery or record evidence (photos/video) and inform Forge3D support within 24 hours.
  • In case of shipment marked as “delivered” by the courier but not received by you, a case will be raised with the courier; resolution is subject to the courier’s investigation outcome.
  • Forge3D is not liable for delays caused solely by courier operations or circumstances categorised as force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, etc.), but support will assist with tracking and escalation where possible.

Serviceability and restrictions

  • Delivery is available only to pincodes serviceable by our partnered couriers; if a pincode is non serviceable or COD is not available, the customer will be informed before order processing.
  • Certain products may carry additional shipping constraints (e.g., fragile items, size/weight limits); such conditions will be mentioned on relevant product pages wherever applicable.
